Answers about DSPLAY, a digital signage platform: players, content types, offline playback, pricing and white-label.

Last updated:

DSPLAY is a digital signage platform for businesses, governments and resellers across Brazil and Latin America. You manage content in the web CMS, organize it into playlists and channels, and the player app shows it on your screens, whether that is one TV at reception or a network across many locations.
Yes. Every new account gets 3 months free for one screen, with no credit card required. You can pair it and publish content during the trial.
Open the DSPLAY player on the screen. Newer versions show an 8-character code and a QR code: scan the QR code with your phone, sign in (or create your account), check the project and tap the pair button. You can also type the 8 characters in Terminals, Activate, on a computer. Older versions show a 16-character identifier instead: type it in the same field. The screen starts playing your content within a few minutes, and appears in Terminals with a name like Screen 1 that you can change.
They are the temporary key that links a screen to your account. The code works once and for 30 minutes, then the screen shows a new one. It is not a password: anyone who can see the screen can use it, so scan it only on screens you own. White-label players send you to their own dashboard address; the steps are the same.
If the code expired, scan or type the new one the screen is showing now. If it says the screen is already paired, release it from the other project first. If it says the screen limit was reached, your plan has no room for another screen. The player and your phone need an internet connection, and the screen keeps showing its code until it is paired. If it still fails, contact support with the project name and a photo of the screen.
The DSPLAY player runs on Android devices, such as Android TV boxes, Fire OS devices like Fire TV sticks and Android-based professional displays, and in a web browser for kiosks and web-enabled screens.
Yes. The player downloads content to the device and plays from local storage, so the screen keeps running offline. Changes made in the CMS sync as soon as the connection returns.
DSPLAY supports 35+ content types: videos, images, websites and ready-made templates, plus live content such as news feeds, weather and social media. Integrations include Canva and Google Workspace.
Yes. The AI image generator turns one sentence into artwork already in the screen format, landscape or portrait. You adjust text and layers in the editor and save it straight to your media library.
Yes. Group screens by location or purpose and publish a playlist to the whole group at once. Schedules decide what plays when, and each screen reports its status to the CMS.
DSPLAY is licensed per screen, billed monthly or annually. Contact our team for a quote sized to your network.
Yes. The whitelabel program lets agencies and integrators offer DSPLAY with their own logo, colors and domain to their clients.
Yes. Ready-made templates and dashboards show public data, such as weather, river levels and wildfire monitoring, on screens in agencies, situation rooms and public spaces.
