A poorly managed kiosk quickly turns into an operational blind spot. The screen is on, the equipment appears to be working, but the content goes out of date, the campaign goes live outside its scheduled window, the local branch improvises a change without approval, and no one knows exactly who changed what. As the operation grows, the problem stops being a visual one and becomes a matter of governance.
